Being on the wrong side of 30 it was becoming apparent that my old faithful flat sandals were not longer friends to my feet.Podiatry approved shoes that weren’t ugly, was that even possible?The Good Shoe Shop: Hold my Prosecco....💕I selected my boots and I was having trouble with the sizing. I emailed customer service with a few questions. My questions were promptly answered and I was then referred to their happiness guarantee. If for whatever reason after I purchased and tried the shoes that I was still not happy, I could return the shoes for a full refund and my worn shoes would be donated to a person in need. Add to cart 🛒My beautiful new shoes arrived, with a handwritten note AND chocolate. Winning! I love my boots and was over the moon with the personalized online service. 💕

I was speaking to Danielle about how I've always struggled to get affordable yet supportive shoes for my oddly shaped feet. She mentioned her store one day and I was lucky enough to try some on whilst I was at the clinic for an appointment. I've worn my new sandals a few times now and I can honestly say they are the best sandals I've ever owned. The first time I wore them I thought I was walking on a cloud. Furthermore there was no need to 'wesr them in' like you need to with most other shoes. I'm in the process of buying more! Cannot wait for the winter collection and boots to come out as well!

I can not fault the service from The Good Shoe Shop.I have wide size 11 feet and find buying online very difficult for my size, I also live in a town with next to no available size 11 quality shoes so I am over the moon that I now have place to visit online where I am guaranteed comfortable (and very nice to look at) shoes.My favourite so far is the India sandal's in yellow, I can wear them all day. They look great with jeans shorts and dresses!

Sandals arrived this morning, beautifully packaged with a handwritten note; a lovely touch. The Nu by Neo Vanilla sandal is superb - stylish and oh so comfortable - spongy underfoot - a pillow top mattress for the feet! If only they came in more colours...

BEST.SHOES.EVER!! I love my Obi espadrilles, they are more comfortable than any other wedge I've owned. I can wear them all day running after screaming toddlers or walking the entire Chadstone shopping centre without a bandaid in site. Whenever I get comments on them people are suprised that they are podiatrist approved so feet friendly because they look so stylish.

Bought some gorgeous red boots from The Good Shoe Shop. They are just beautiful!!! But oh, my wide feet meant they didn’t fit 😢 and I had to return them.However, I would like to give a huge shoutout to TGSS staff and recommend them to all. Both the buying and returning process was extremely easy. The staff were very helpful and friendly.When my shoes arrived, they were packaged beautifully, with a lovely handwritten note attached and a little gift. And they even waterproofed the boots!!It’s the little things that count and I hope I can do more business with you in the future. Thanks TGSS 😊

I had been admiring the Oasis Block Heel Sandals for a while but was very unsure about making the investment as I really don’t wear heels that much anymore.We were going out for a special celebration dinner and I had a dress (another thing I don’t wear much anymore) to wear that I thought would look great with the shoes.I decided to treat myself and I am so glad I did!Wore my dress and shoes to dinner and I felt pretty good about my look.The Oasis sandals were SO comfortable and easy to wear. The leather is delightfully soft and I can only see it getting better with age.Thank you TGSS for a beautiful pair of shoes that I know will get a lot of wear. I love them!

Love my shoes from the Good Shoe Shop I purchased the Ultramarine shoe. They are the perfect transitional piece with the random weather changes we have been having and match with pretty much everything I love that I can wear them in both casual and smart settings. I'm onto my third pair of shoes from TGSS and I am obsessed! I have been lucky enough to try on most of the range and they are the most comfortable shoes. I get very sore and tired feet and I can wear the heels all day into night which has never happened!Thank goodness for TGSS I finally have comfortable footwear that also looks amazing 😍😍

I received my shoes on Christmas Eve as Dani was really thoughtful and sent them Express post in the hope they would reach me so I could wear them for Christmas. Communication and service from The Good Shoe Shop has been outstanding and very thoughtful. I love my shoes! They fit beautifully and are the type of high quality product I love. I needed a ‘sneaker’type shoe in my wardrobe and knew I could find something stylish comfortable and a little different at The Good Shoe Shop. I bought the Liberty espadrille. They are such a ‘happy’ shoe! Just looking at them lifts my spirits. Hard to believe from a shoe but it’s totally true. Oh my delicious shoes arrived, what a pleasant experience from purchase to popping them on. Communication was fab - from being able to ask questions re sizing to hilarious follow up emails. Such amazing service and I haven't even mentioned the shoes!! I purchased 2 pairs (Bronx boots and Malory loafer)... such a perfect fit and so comfortable and light to wear, and beautiful leathers.
